My Winter Basics

Living in NYC during the winter means you are most likely going to grab the same coat over and over again. The one that keeps you warm and looks the part. So it’s definitely worth investing into a good piece. I chose a camel wool coat which is actually super thick and surprisingly warm, yet it looks timeless and can be worn literally to any occasion. But when it comes to accessories I like to play around with current trends so that the outfit never gets boring. I always reuse scarves from previous seasons, so even here its worth to invest into a few good items. This shearling hat isn’t really warm but its super cute. On colder days I go for a warm beanie and an extra thick scarf.
